David Petrie has worked in residential financing for over 20 years. He formed Petrie Mortgage Group in 1993. He offers clients a unique combination of knowledge, experience and education (B.S. degree in Accounting ), as well as being an innovative problem solver. His diligence is well known and his success has been based on a business built almost entirely on personal referrals, a testament to his honesty, integrity and work ethic. His professional affiliations include National Association of Mortgage Brokers, Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers-Board of Directors 3 years, Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers, President 1996, Houston Board of Realtors, and Champions Sunrise Rotary.
